ESE Wellness
ESE Wellness Mission
At the Department of Energy Science & Engineering, we want our exceptional students to be happy and healthy during their time at Stanford. The wellness initiative supports mental health and wellness among our graduate students, as well as everyone in the department to know about existing campus resources and workshops on mental health and stress management.
We see ourselves as community-builders by organizing fun events to nourish the feeling of community and provide relaxing breaks in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. Come recharge your batteries with us!

Below are a variety of wellness resources available. Our 2024-25 student liaisons Andea Scott and Dimitri Saad are available for support and guidance to specific resources.
Please feel free to share your ideas for resources to have available or wellness events we can coordinate. Our door is always open.
